We are undertaking our first major cruise, 14 days from Athens to Muscat via the Suez Canal, with stops in Cyprus, Petra (Jordan), Sharm-el-Sheik and Luxor/Karnak Egypt), Salala and Muscat (Oman). We'll spend two days in Muscat and one in Dubai at the end.
The Silversea Muse, launched in 2017, is smallish as cruise ships go - just under 600 passengers - yet promises many cultural and entertainment options, eight restaurants and bridge. There's free WiFi, so I'll be able to keep this blog up to date as we sail.
